Strawberries, Honey & Mascarpone
Ingredients
- 2 punnets freshly picked strawberries
- 1 pottle of mascarpone or sour cream
- 4 tablespoons runny honey
Method
- Choose a lovely long plate, and turn the pottle of mascarpone out of its dish into the centre of the plate.
- Make a well in the centre of the mascarpone and tip the honey into the well.
- Surround the mascarpone with strawberries. Guests can dip their strawberries into the mixture and eat with their fingers. Sweet!
