Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli cut into small pieces
  • 400g green beans
  • 200g Shitake mushrooms.
  • 10g minced garlic
  • 40ml of canola oil
  • 200g roasted cashew nuts (crush them, not too much)
  • 100g crispy fried shallots
  • 100g crispy fried garlic
Stir Fry Sauce
  • 60g of gluten-free oyster sauce
  • 25g gluten-free soy sauce
  • 30g sugar
  • 4g sesame oil

Method

Stir Fry Sauce
  1. Mix well together.
Vegetables
  1. In a pot, add water then bring to boil. From there, add broccoli, green beans & mushroom. Cook for 3 minutes then strain the water.

  2. Put the frying pan on high heat, add oil and minced garlic & fry until golden brown. Add ingredients from step 1 and stir fry for another 2 minutes to make sure all vegetables cook and mix well with garlic.

  3. Add all the Stir Fry sauce into ingredients from step 2 and keep stir-frying for another 2 minutes.

  4. From here, plate the food then add crushed cashew nuts, crispy fried shallots, crispy fried garlic and all done!
