Grilled stone fruit with Crème Fraiche, Amaretto and marshmallows
Ingredients
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2 nectarines, sliced
- 4 apricots, sliced
- 2 plums, sliced
- ½ cup cane sugar
- 250gm Crème Fraiche
- 3 tablespoons Amaretto
- zest and juice of an orange
- 12-16 marshmallows
Method

Place fruit in container suitable to bake (could be disposable aluminum).

Mix cane sugar, Crème Fraiche, Amaretto, orange zest and juice in a bowl and pour over fruit.

Place marshmallows on top and grill indirect until marshmallows start to caramelize (approx 20 minutes).
